House Rules and Regulations
A violation of any of the rules or regulations is grounds for termination with a Forfeiture of Earnest
Moneys deposited or paid No Exceptions!

Attend 90 meetings in 90 days
·
First 30 days new house members must
be in by 11pm, no in and out at night!
·
No drugs or alcohol on the property
allowed.
·
Don’t lend or borrow money.
· If you are using drugs or alcohol on or off the property you’re out!
·
We do drug and alcohol testing if
we feel it is necessary, refusal is guilty!
· Absolutely no stealing. Violators will be prosecuted!
·
You must immediately clean
the kitchen after each use!
·
You must keep living area clean and
bathroom clean!
·
If you are reminded too often to do
house hold duties $10 will be charged to you.
· No smoking in house! $50 fine! Smoking areas provided!
·
Do not disturb others!
·
No fighting physically or verbally!
·
Visitors allowed, as long as house
rules are followed!
·
No visitors that are actively using
and no street prostitutes!
·
Owners not responsible for any
personal property lost or stolen!
· Owners not liable for any personal injury on the property!
Having read and understood I will abide by the rules and regulations
of the said contract.
