That means a commitment to follow the rules setup by the establishment. We feel this will aid in your living a clean and sober
life-ultimately leading to your success. Please read the following closely. If you feel you are ready for this commitment
then we are here to help you.
Rental Contract - 2 weeks rent and $100 move in fee. Move in fee
is not a deposit!
- If you use drugs or alcohol, you lose your rent no exceptions!

Minimum of 3 month commitment.
- Room it includes Ac, Refrigerator, cable and kitchen and laundry room privileges.

Rent paid on schedule unless other arrangements are made, 3 days late $10 late fee!
- NO REFUNDS ON
RENT! One week notice when moving out or Forfeiture of Earnest Moneys No Exceptions!
- Your tenancy is week to week
and can be terminated at any time upon termination 48 hours to remove all belongings or they'll be considered donations!
- Lost Key replacements $10 Each Lockout reentry 1st free 2nd $5.
